Deposit and Payment Terms:
Reservations are required to be secured at the time
of booking with the supply by the authorised card
holder of valid Credit Card details. Details are
to be supplied by phone or fax, not email, as our
site is not encrypted. Our policy is not to take
a deposit at this stage but this information will
be held as a security deposit.
A $50 cash deposit posted to us will also secure
your booking.
The full amount of the account is to be paid at
checkout. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners and
American Express Credit Cards.
We do not have EFTPOS facilities.
Booking and Cancellation Policy and Fees:
As a small business, cancellations do affect us
greatly.
Bookings are required to be secured with the supply
of valid Credit Card details by phone or fax at the
time of booking, or a $50.00 cash deposit. As stated
in our Deposit and Payment Terms policy, we do not
take a deposit at time of booking, but we do charge
a cancellation fee of 50% of 1 nights accommodation
or, if a cash deposit has been paid, forfeiture of
the deposit paid, if you either fail to show or do
not cancel outside 7 days of your due arrival date.
This charge will be made to the Credit Card the details
of which were supplied at the time of booking.
Non Smoking Policy:
In the interests of public health and safety smoking
is not permitted indoors. Guests who wish to smoke
may do so outside the buildings.
Children Policy
We regret that we do not have facilities to enable us to accommodate children.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 2pm or later and checkout is no
later than 10.30 am unless by prior arrangement.
Your advice on your expected arrival time would be
greatly appreciated.
